DIANE blanc RYAN

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Law School, Diane spent several years practicing corporate law before beginning an almost two-decade career with the New York City Council. She eventually became Deputy Director of the Human Services Division, where she oversaw the work of over a dozen committees and served as the Council’s chief advisor on education issues. Diane loves this Oscar Wilde quote: “I regard theatre as the greatest of all art forms, the most immediate way in which a human being can share with another the sense of what it is to be a human being”.
